Heather and Jeremy are awesome. I had been looking around for 6 months for a company to work with my insurance for a wheelchair ramp. After being turned down by everyone in the area, insistent Medicare doesn’t pay for them.(I already had the authorization number for it) I contacted Next Day Access and that day, Heather was out to get measurements for a quote. I received the quote back later that day. They were willing to jump through all the hoops that Medicare required. And finally after 6 long months and over 40 phone calls to Medicare, I have my wheelchair ramp, Praise God! Heather and Jeremy are just wonderful. They did a great job. Thanks again to both of you. If we had more people like you, that think of the needs of others. This would be a whole lot better world

My father is a Veteran and had a stroke while on vacation in Texas. The stroke left him with left-side paralysis. After spending a month in a Texas rehab in Texas I had to figure out a way to get him in/out of the house. I found Next Day Access on Craigslist and I am so happy that I called. While the company is based on the east side of the state they also service the Kalamazoo area. Next Day Access came out on a Sunday, assessed the yard, and provided us with several different options for the way in which the ramp would be constructed. We went with their recommendation and are so happy with the results. Upon completion, they thanked my dad for his service and even provided him with a gift basket. When families are devastated by sudden tragedies it is hard to even know what direction you are going in. Jeremy and his company made this such an easy process and lifted a heavy burden off of our shoulders. Their kindness was right on time and I am so appreciative of their quality of work, professionalism and flexibility!
