“OMG !!!!!!!! Should be called same day access. I called on Thursday looking for a ramp for my mom. Called another place and they told me it would be 2 days. Two weeks went by and nothing. I called Next Day and they had the ramp and threshold in stock and the team made sure that I got everything the same day. WOW that is customer service and they were actually cheaper. David had a break in his schedule, so they had it at the house in less than an hour after I called. David was very helpful and friendly during delivery and set up. “Awesome job installing a floor to ceiling transfer pole with a curved grab bar!! My friend Lorenzo asked me to write this review because he cannot see due to macular degeneration. He’s incredibly happy with this pole. This is the second time Next Day Access has been here to install. Last time, he had transfer poles installed in his bathroom and bedroom. Now he can transfer to his couch to sit and enjoy a Titans game and watch movies in comfort. The wheelchair is good, but the comfort of his couch is outstanding! Now he has accessibility to sit there! Well done! Very professional installation guys, too.”

“We had a handicapped ramp installed by Next Day and were very pleased with the product and service. Then we needed a recliner for a handicapped person. We went back to Next Day Access and found they had, again, the best prices and service of any of the other providers. After a year, one of the parts of the chair needed attention. Their service men were at my home THE NEXT DAY , fixed it immediately with no charge. Just a wonderful business and highly recommended.”
