I know there are a couple of other ramp vendors who are recommended by local home health came professionals, probably because of their longevity in the area, but Next Day Access deserves a close look and a call for your ramp/lift/etc needs. Their customer service, quality of product, and installation was outstanding. I think I might still be waiting for another recommended vendor to call me back, a week later! His pricing options were fair and easy to understand. His office manager was on top of my situation the entire process and it was easy to communicate with her. “Jesse and his team installed both an indoor unit and an external wheelchair lift. Their professionalism was amazing. For the wheelchair lift they spent an additional day and a half because the OEM wired the unit incorrectly. The amazing thing was on the morning of the second day it was pouring down rain. Jesse and his team kept working to get it finished. If your a veteran and going through the Richmond VA hospital (prosthetics) for your lifts, ask for Jesse and his team. He is a VET and will listen to YOUR needs. The VA sent out two vendors to give a quote. The second vendor never heard anything I said. He talked a lot to hear himself speak.”

“This company is first-rate. I first contacted them on a Thursday. Owner Jesse Henby arrived the next day on Friday to give a ramp installation estimate. Monday, I confirmed the immediate need for a ramp, and the ramp was completely installed on Wednesday! Jesse had to work through a few material supply issues, and the office manager, Julie Matthews, made many calls to me keeping me informed of the progress. I could not have asked for better service or kinder treatment. They were both very understanding of my short timeline and the stress it created, and they both worked hard to quickly deliver what I needed in addition to putting my mind at ease about it. Great ramp, quality service, and kind people willing to help. I would not hesitate to use them again, if needed, and I highly recommend.”
